AAA Group Referral Form

Animal Assisted Activity (AAA) sessions At Birkhill House CIC are flexible and fluid, taking into account the needs of the group, the seasons and the environment. Sessions could involve an afternoon in the company of Ragdoll cats, a walk through the fields with the goats or alpacas or spending time with the chickens. Sessions could also include animal care tasks such as the preparation and delivery of food. It will largely depend on what is right for the visiting group. To that end, we would like to ask for a bit more information before scheduling a session.

You can fill in the form and submit it below, or if you would prefer to download, print and post a paper copy, you can download a form here.

What is the main purpose of the group? What are the main activities? Are you a charity or charitable organisation?
This is important so that we can try to match appropriate animals and activities to the group during either a single visit or a proposed programme of visits.
This is your space to explain why you are interested in an AAA session for your group. You can include information about any health-related issues or diagnoses of your group members and also provide more informal observations surrounding your interest. It would be useful to know if any of the individuals in your group have any allergies, phobias or additional needs.

After we have received your information and followed up with a chat, we can decide upon a visit date or an appropriate schedule of visit dates.

Minimum group number is three; maximum group number is 12.
